Have a music qualification issued by an official conservatoire. Minimum required: Grado Profesional.
Enthusiasm for working with very young children, from babies onwards.
Patient people to work with such young pupils, able to capture children’s attention easily.
Have entrepreneurial spirit, a desire to be your own boss and to manage your time as you wish and adapt it to your needs.
A desire to belong to a young team and dynamic, sharing the same interests and concerns as you.
Empathetic people to know how children feel at any given moment and to be able to understand their state.
Be a optimistic person and able to convey that optimism and joy to the children at all times.
