Hello, we are Águeda and David, qualified teachers specialising in the clarinet and trumpet, respectively. We have taught music in private schools since we were very young, and since 2012 we have been members of the teaching staff at the Conservatorio Profesional de Música 'Juan Miralles Leal' in Catral.
In our search for new methods to teach music to children from the age of three, we discovered Paqui Castro and her Diapason the Wizard method, which teaches music to children from six months old; we were delighted by its innovative approach.
In 2016 we began delivering this method in nurseries and music schools in Catral, expanding into several neighbouring towns. Because of high demand and our limited time — as we combine this work with our teaching at the conservatory — in 2018 we trained Laura Escarabajal with Paqui Castro and in 2019 we trained Mari Carmen Martínez so they could help us teach in the schools where we were working and enable us to offer the method to more interested centres.
Today many children are discovering the wonderful world of music and all its benefits, thanks to the Diapason the Wizard method.
