Hello, I'm Daniela Riquelme Arévalo, a special needs educator and singer.

In 2016 I obtained a professional degree in Special Education, specialising in Educational Needs and Early Stimulation, from Universidad San Sebastián in Concepción, Chile. In parallel, I studied Operatic Singing and Music Theory at the Conservatory of Universidad del Bio Bio, which I completed in 2016.

In 2017 I trained in the Chilean early-years method “Música in Colores”.

Over the past 15 years I have taken part in various choirs, vocal trios and quartets in the city of Concepción.

I love working with children and babies. I have over seven years' experience teaching music to young children in schools and forming choirs.

 

My passion is music, and my dream is that many people can learn and enjoy music as I do. That is why, combining my two passions — education and music — I trained in the Diapason the Wizard Method to teach music from early childhood.

 

To this end, we set up Allegro, a Piano and Early Stimulation Studio located in central Concepción, a short walk from Plaza de la Independencia.

 

At Allegro Studio we welcome children, adolescents and adults on their musical journey. We also use a novel methodology in Chile: Diapason the Wizard, ear training and musical language taught as a mother tongue.

This means that people from Concepción, Chiguayante, Talcahuano, San Pedro de la Paz, Hualpén, Penco and other communes of Greater Concepción have the opportunity to discover, enjoy and learn with Diapason the Wizard.

At our Piano and Early Musical Stimulation Studio in Concepciónwe enjoy teaching music in early childhood, and we train to offer a comprehensive music education with a family-centred approach.
