Hello, I'm Marta, a teacher of Diapason the Wizard and Suzuki piano. I teach in my studio in Barcelona, in the Vila de Gràcia area. In this space I work to offer every child a complete, high-quality musical education.
I love meeting children and interacting with them day to day through music. I'm delighted to accompany them in their first contact with music and throughout their training, watching their skills develop as they grow. My interest in music education and pedagogy leads me to train with teachers known nationally and internationally and to specialise in different methods.
The classes of the Diapason the Wizard method take place in a fantasy world, with characters the children become familiar with and that form part of their daily lives. Through the story “Travelling to the Land of Music”, they can develop absolute pitch and musical language to a high level at an early age. Other elements such as rhythm, memory and psychomotor skills are also worked on.
In my small studio in Vila de Gràcia I teach Suzuki piano to children from the age of three, and Diapason the Wizard lessons, which can be started at an even younger age.
